• Google account information: name, email address, and profile photo when you choose to sign in with Google.
• Authentication identifiers necessary to create and maintain your session.
• Booking information: selected trainer, preferred times, session details, and reminders.
• Uploaded content: your CV and related metadata that you upload for trainer review.
• Payment-related metadata: payment status and transaction references from our payment processor (we do not store full card details).
• Technical data: device and usage information necessary for service reliability and security.

How We Use Information

• Authenticate you and maintain secure sessions.
• Process bookings, schedule sessions, and send notifications/reminders.
• Enable trainers to review your CV and provide feedback.
• Process payments for premium access and manage entitlements.
• Protect against abuse, security issues, and to comply with legal obligations.

• Trainers, to the extent needed to conduct your mock sessions.
• Service providers, including cloud hosting, authentication, storage, and payment processing.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account or uploaded CVs at any time.

• Access, update, or delete certain account information.
• Request deletion of uploaded CVs and booking history, subject to legal requirements.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
